Forthe Excessive Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with heatindex values 110 to 115 expected.* WHERE...In Arkansas, Crawford, Franklin, and Sebastian Counties.In Oklahoma, Cherokee, Sequoyah, Haskell, Latimer, and Le FloreCounties.* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 9 PM CDT this evening. For theExcessive Heat Warning, from noon to 9 PM CDT Saturday.* IMPACTS...The combination of hot temperatures and high humiditywill create a dangerous situation in which heat related illnessesare more likely.
